Soul Farm Yoga Retreat!

Join Kristen for a Soul Farm Retreat, clearing and creating space for healing through yoga, meditation, time with horses and farm-fresh breezes.

Spend Friday night releasing everything that comes before through yoga practice, a delicious meal, and healing under the stars.

Saturday morning, meditate alongside the pond to start your day connected with the moment to allow for full presence into our morning practice and your day. Perhaps in the afternoon free time, you relax with a massage or an equine experience to offer your body and soul the opportunity to relax, release and reconnect, or perhaps you spend that time alone, hiking or reading.

Bringing Breath Into Your Classroom! Focus: Breathe For Self Care!

Take some time for yourself to “unplug”. Join us as we give ourselves time and space to participate in an hour of self-care. We will begin our time together with some SEL tools that you can bring back to your classroom to encourage self-care as a priority for yourself and your students. Then, we will slow down with a gentle restorative yoga practice. To top it off, we will end with some fun raffle prizes!

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, a light blanket or a beach towel.

Bringing Breath Into Your Classroom!

Everyone needs to breathe and take time for themselves, even teachers.

Take care of yourself.

Come practice yoga with us after school and learn a few ways to bring breath and mindful movement into your classroom.

Remember you need to put your own oxygen mask on before helping others!

Take the time to take care of yourself, so that you can better take care of others.  

Bring your water bottle, a mat (if you have one), and yourself!

Family Yoga!

Join us for a fun filled family yoga class at the Elmhurst North Ahimsa Yoga Studio! 

A joyful class that incorporates fun and interactive yoga activities for the whole family to enjoy! This class will explore sun salutations, partner poses, breath work, and relaxation techniques that will leave the entire family feeling peaceful and more connected. Family Yoga provides an opportunity to bond as you move together mindfully while receiving and sharing in all the health benefits and happiness that yoga brings.
